Currently customers in the Richards Addition in the Taylorsville area may be experiencing low water pressure. This is due to another utility company hitting a water main in your area. This area will be under a boil advisory until Tuesday March 31st, 4:00 p.m.
Boil Water Advisory: General Information
If your home experiences an outage, once your water service is restored you will be under a Boil Water Advisory for 48 hours unless specified otherwise by EBWC.
Any water that is to be consumed or used for cooking purposes, customers are asked to bring water to a rolling boil for at least 5 minutes and allowing it to cool before consuming.
