For new service to your home, please download the “New Service Application” below. To ensure your home is in our service area, contact us with the new address and we’ll verify service to your location. 

User’s Agreement – New and Existing Customers

Property Easement

For new water service on your property, please download and return the “Easement” form below.

Returning Forms

When returning a Start or Transfer Service form, please include a copy of a valid driver’s license. Once we have all the paperwork back and your account set-up, we will give you a call to do an over the phone payment.  If you are renting it is a $30 transfer fee, if you own the home, it is $100 membership fee.  If you already have a membership with us, then it will be a $30 transfer fee.

Eastern Bartholomew Water Corporation’s rates and policies are governed by the rules, regulations and rate schedules approved by the IURC.

Our area currently includes northern, eastern and southern Bartholomew County, as well as parts of north western Jennings and southern Johnson County.
